Grow With Grace Occupational Therapy is a solo practice, owned and operated by me, Grace Cerny, OTD, OTR/L. I provide mobile outpatient occupational therapy services specializing in pediatrics, home-based, and community-based services. I am dedicated to helping individuals reach their maximum potential by developing and enhancing their abilities to perform their most meaningful activities. I work closely with clients and families to create customized treatment plans tailored to their individual needs. I am committed to providing compassionate care and support to my clients and their families, and strive to make a positive impact on their lives.
